GLOBAL SERVICE DESIGN JAM PHNOM PENH

What is service design?

The users of your service remember how an experience makes them feel and if it’s positive, they will appreciate the service you are offering so much more and give you a real competitive edge. Working together with your customers to find out what they value is key: it will make the service you provide more user-friendly, effective and desirable.

In this 2-day workshop, you will learn by doing: designing valuable, desirable and innovative services through research, developing ideas and testing those ideas by letting real users experience the service you designed.

Why join?

You will collaborate, innovate and experiment to design relevant services that customers value. This Global Service Design Jam is the world’s biggest ever service design event: this event in Phnom Penh will be connected with jams in over 40 countries!

Aimed at: Anyone that wants to learn about how to improve services - from graduating students to experienced professionals
